The McClendon Center is certified by the DC Department of Mental Health as a Core Services Agency (CSA). The McClendon Center CSA provides these four core services:

• Intake Assessment

• Medication Management

• Community Support

• Counseling

The CSA is staffed by a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, a Team Leader who is also the Nurse for the CSA, a team of Bachelors level Community Support Specialists, a number of part-time Psychiatrists, and a Therapist who is on contract to provider counseling. All the staff work together as a multi-disciplinary team to serve provide Mental Health Rehabilitation Services.

The CSA is open 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
