Information Collection and Use
McClendon Center is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information about its website visitors or donors. We do not automatically collect email addresses or other personal information unless you provide it on a form, survey, or email message.

Information that is collected through this website includes domain name (.com, .net, .org, .edu, .gov) of a visitor’s server (i.e., the name of the Internet service provider’s computer that funnels traffic to the Internet) but use it only for measurement purposes. These measurements provide website statistics, such as the number of visitors, “hits” and top pages transmitted. Knowing how the site is used helps us develop plans for improvement of the site. The data we collect are totals of those visiting from a domain and not information on individual visitors. These statistics do not reveal personal information.

E-newsletter and other electronic communications
If a user wishes to subscribe to our newsletter, we require an email address and name only. Users have the option to sign up for additional mailings by providing their postal address. McClendon Center may periodically use the email newsletter list to distribute advocacy alerts, announcements, or other fund raising communications. You can subscribe or unsubscribe from the email list by emailing development@McClendonCenter.org with REMOVE (and alert – NEWSLETTER, ANNOUNCEMENTS, APPEALS, ALL) in the subject headline.

Financial Information You Choose to Provide
If you choose to make an online donation or payment, you will have to provide your credit card billing information. As this information is collected and transferred over the Internet to our secure server, it is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the industry standard security technology that is designed to protect sensitive information.

By using the McClendon Center website, you consent to the collection and use of the information described above. Any changes to this policy will be posted.
